Tuscarawas County Photographer | FEATURE FRIDAY WITH PAISLEY WREN DESIGNS
Tuscarawas County Photographer
Hello July! This month’s Feature Friday business is pretty amazing. Prepare to meet Caroline, the owner of Paisley Wren Designs. She is so sweet!
PS – Her young son might be a budding photographer because he was sure to pull out his own camera while I was there and show me how he would photograph everything and everyone! So cute!!
Tell me a little about yourself.
A little about me: I learned to sew from my mom teaching me around the age of 7. I grew up conservative Mennonite, so she sewed all our dresses, and that was one of the first items I sewed myself. I have always enjoyed crafting and sewing. I live in NE Ohio now, with my husband and almost 5 year old son. When we are not working we like spending time outside or going on little adventure trips, exploring new places.
Would you please tell us a little about your business? How did you get started? What do you do?
How long have you been in business?
What business goal do you have for 2015?
What would you like to have accomplished in the next 5 years?
Describe an average day in your life on a work day. If you have 2 free hours to yourself, what do you do?
Why do your customers select you over your competitors?
What is your favorite product you’ve made? Do you have a link?
Is there anything exciting happening for you in 2015?
If people want to follow more of your work where should they go?

Customer testimonial: “Everyone knows when you have a girl, you’re in trouble! Headbands and bows are just too much fun! As a returning customer, we have become slightly addicted to Paisley Wren Designs, but I can honestly say I am OK with that!! Soon to be owning maybe the whole shop… Caroline makes the cutest headbands that add the most perfect touch to Hayden (my little girl’s) wardrobe. I’m to the point where I pick out the headband first and then pick an outfit to match! I look forward to that time of day. The fabric is so soft and delicate on her head, and leaves NO MARK. It is so frustrating to buy headbands from the store just to find them leave big indentations on their poor heads! No more of that for us.. Paisley Wren Designs is our go to! And come on… We can’t forget mommy too! She offers momma and baby sets so I can match my little girl, and it’s been so much fun. It is an added bonus to work with a shop owner who’s so fabulous and kind. I was in need of a certain custom color, and she searched and searched for me until she found it. Another time, I simply gave her an idea of a type of print I’d be interested to see in the future, and I received a message that same day of some she had found! It felt like Christmas morning to see such adorable and fun new prints. She puts the customer first to ensure they are happy and is always prompt in her work. There is never any disappointment. She will always have our love! There’s no stopping us now! Xo. ❤ Shannon and Baby Hayden”
